Having worked customer service and/or retail for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised at how the members are quick to compliment employees on a job well done. ![]() Management really pushes a basic set of core values that employees are encouraged to follow (every one of these values is a no-brainer) that ensure every employee is shown respect and compassion in the workplace. Four Seasons provides a fun customer service oriented environment that is surprisingly fulfilling as long as you care about your job and put forth an effort at it.
